Residential Mortgages

First Time Buyer - Looking to get onto the property ladder, let us help you with your first purchase, and support you through the process, from start to finish.


Moving Home - you may already be on the property ladder, but everybody still needs some guidance getting the right deal, especially in today's everchanging market.


Re-mortgage - this is where you move your mortgage to a new lender to get a better deal, say when, your fixed rate has ended or you need to re-finance your mortgage.

Specialist Mortgages

Shared Ownership - allows you to purchase a share of the property value, normally between 10% to 75% and pay rent on the remaining share normally owned by a housing association.


Right to Buy - this scheme helps eligible council & housing association tenants buy their home with a large discount.


Credit Impaired  - this is where you have had financial problems in the past and could need access to a specialist lender who may accept for example: - Defaults, CCJ's, Bankruptcy or missed payments.


Buy-to-Let Mortgages

Buy-to-Let (BTL) - mortgages are for landlords who are looking to buy a property to rent out. While there are a lot of similarities to standard mortgages the key difference is the maximum amount you can borrow is linked to the amount of rental income you expect to receive.


Landlord Insurance - protects the landlord from financial loss associated with renting out a property. The policy will cover the building with the option to include contents for furnishings that belong to the landlord.

Protection

Life Cover - will look to pay out a one-off lump sum if you die within the the term of the policy, so that you are able to leave your property debt free to a loved one.


Critical Illness Cover - will look to pay out a one-off lump sum if you are diagnosed with a specified critical illness within the term of the policy, which could affect your ability to continue working.


Income Protection Cover - will look to provide an income if you cannot earn due to an accident or serious illness.

General Insurance

Buildings Insurance - provides cover for  the structure of your home and permanent fixtures & fittings against a number of perils like fire. flood, storm and subsidence.


Contents Insurance - provides cover for all of your belongings and non-permanent fixtures and fittings against a number of perils like fire, flood, storm and theft.


Accident, Sickness & Unemployment Cover - replaces a proportion of your income, typically for up to 12 months due to accident, sickness & involuntary redundancy.



Our Proposition

Our proposition is available nationwide and will therefore predominantly be a remote service using a combination of the following mediums: Telephone, Skype or Zoom.  A face to face service is also available for customers in the local area.


This will normally consist of 3 stages, that is totally flexible and can be adapted around you: -
